Hello welcome to my 1st post for July!

*IF* you noticed my blog post on the full time blogger
announcement there’s indication where I actually mention
“July 2015” full time blogger. So, July is officially my 1st
time being a full time blogger. Lol. On this 1st week of
July, I had already draft 2 blog post including this one.
The other will published as soon as I get a green light for it.

Recently I was at home most of the time, being a full time
Otaku. I had PLENTY of free time. So I started to explore
stuff that I always been wanting to take up. Like cooking,
actually before this I couldn’t cook for nuts. It was always
home delivery, fast food, take outs and instant noodles. Lol.
I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS. So I start googling some SIMPLE
online recipe stuff that I could cook, I can’t stay long in my
kitchen, maximum 20 mins. Because I will start to look/cook
for food when I m hungry, 20 mins is just nice for me, if
anything take more than 20 mins I will faint in hunger already
please. Lol.

Since pasta is one of the easiest thing that u could cook,
so I decided take that up! There many ways to cook pasta,
so far I’ve learnt to make 4 type of pasta, here two of them
today specially love!

Bacon & Ham Carbonara + Poached Egg.

Ingredients:
(1 serving/ 1 pax)

1 1/2 slice of bacon
1 slice of honey baked ham
1 1/2 spoon of minced garlic
1/4 bottle of carbonara sauce
1 serving of instant Spaghetti
1 slice of cheese
4 tea spoon of milk
4 tea spoon of Japanese mayo
1/4 tea spoon of salt

Instructions:

The spaghetti takes about 8 mins to be Cooked, I usually
add a little salt to the boiling water to cook the spaghetti.

Main while, Cut bacon and ham into square bits, then fry
the bacon with any addition oil, as bacon have high oil
content, so you really need to add oil to it. Then add in the
minced garlic and fry the bacon until it turn light brown.

Add in carbonara sauce and ham! Now the sauce is actually
quite thick, but I prefer the sauce to be more dilute and milky.
Instead of adding water,  I add milk instead, add cheese and
Japanese mayo! (CREAMY COMBO AT ITS BEST!!) Now you
let it cook for 3-4 mins at low heat!

By the time the spaghetti is cooked, the sauce is more or
less ready! It’s ready to serve!

SUPER EASY AF?!  I know right!!! Lol.

As for the poached egg… It’s actually really simple, all you
need is vinegar and an egg.

It’s kinda hard to explain how make it in words, and I have
to warn you. It’s not everytime you could get a perfect shape
poached egg, it’s take a bit practice! But you will get there
with 2-3 tries!

Mentaiko seafood Pasta.

Ingredients:
(1 serving/ 1 pax)

4 spoons of Ebiko
5 cooked Prawns
3 slice of processed Crab meat
1/3 bottle of Mentaiko Dressing
1 spoon of butter
1 serving of instant Spaghetti
4 tea spoon of milk
5 tea spoon of Japanese mayo
1 slice of cheese
1/4 tea spoon of salt

Instructions:

oil!!) lol. Then add Mentaiko dressing ( it’s actually normally
for salad, but could be used for spaghetti sauce as well!)
add a generous amount of Japanese mayo! Add crab meat,
cheese, salt! Let it cook for 3-4 mins at low heat!

By the time the spaghetti is cooked, the sauce is more or
less ready! Add Ebiko on top of the sauce, mix well with the
sauce and spaghetti! It’s ready to serve!

EASY AS THIS!!!

This two type pasta dish are really one of those so easy to
cook and yet very very oiishi! I suggest anyone who is as lazy
as me should try it! You could have a meal within 20 mins!!!!

Honestly I hate been in the kitchen for long, anything beyond
20 mins is dreadful. Lol.

Okay, beside being full time blogger, I actually MADE tons of
traveling plans, blogging engagements and even business
adventures in the next 6 months. I was too free for the longest
time, I need to get back on feet and work my ass now. (also
to earn back to the passive spending that I spent in this 6
months break).

I been very very lucky for all my life, hopefully I could continue
to fly. To the next chapter of my and land on my both feet,
safe and successful. fly with me. Wish me luck!!!
